Jo is a well known local historian whose knowledge of the history of Farnborough and its environs is huge.

Dr Helen Naylor has a PhD and spent over 25 years working as a geologist in the energy sector based in and around London. She completed a year-long course in City of London history and ‘graduated’ from the Tour Guiding course at the University of Westminster with Distinction in May 2020.

My wife and I are very fortunate to be in that part of the world at least six weeks a year and always these days with Viking Ocean Cruises. It remains a great thrill and privilege to be invited up on to the bridge to provide commentary as the ship transits the canal.
