To notify absence if you are unable to attend a Lunch meeting, you must let the Club's Secretary  John Loosemore know before 11.30am on the Friday before the luncheon by email on loosemorejohn7@gmail.com. If you have no email arrangements, please ring John on 01483 768336 but make sure John has received your message in case he is away from home. He will always acknowledge receipt of a cancellation email but if you don't get such acknowledgement please email or telephone again.
